When will my order be shipped?
Ready made beadwork, products, etc-have same-day shipping, whereas products specified with a turn around time to fill the order are subject to more of a wait time.

What if the product I wanted is out of stock?
All beadwork and art is one of a kind, once a piece is sold- a remake with variations can be made via custom orders, at the same price with the exception of added cost extras.
